Link label / link report problem

I just installed the latest version and I see that the link report is not working. I have it setup as follows....
<a class="toplink" href="/te3/out.php?l=toplist&id=##domain:1##" target="_blank">##name:1##</a>
I have the same setup for my thumbs.
When I click on "Links" the popup shows "No matching records found" and a number showing the total clicks next to Summary, but no details on what they are.
