PHP 5.5

Hello,
I try to install ioncube and tradeexpert script on my site.
When I try to run script I saw this message:
Fatal error: The file /opt/lampp/htdocs/proba/install.php was encoded by the ionCube Encoder for PHP 5 and cannot run under PHP 5.5. Please ask the provider of the script to provide a version encoded with the ionCube Encoder for either PHP 5.3 or PHP 5.4 or PHP 5.5. in Unknown on line 0
Maybe somebody have some solution?

Yes, it works.
But I have another problem.
Error from installation:
Downloading files ... Wrong file size!
done.
Extracting files ... done.
Warning: file_put_contents(admin/.htaccess): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /opt/lampp/htdocs/nowaprobatrade/install.php on line 708
Downloading GeoIP database ... done.
This is screen from folder with tradeexpert
When I try to open install.php again:
Warning: Unknown: failed to open stream: Permission denied in Unknown on line 0
Fatal error: Unknown: Failed opening required '/opt/lampp/htdocs/nowaprobatrade/install.php' (include_path='.:/opt/lampp/lib/php') in Unknown on line 0

I had the same problem, but when I try to install php 5.5 version from link above I get this:

It's not working for me, I am trying to install it on an Ubuntu 14.04 with nginx and IonCube, I copy the install in a separate folder, I access the link, but it get stuck, here are the messages:
Creating directories ... done.
Sending request ... done.
Downloading files ... done.
Extracting files ...
And nothing else happens, I ssh into the folder and manually untar the update.tar.gz file. Then I go to mydomain.com/te/index.php and the user or password are incorrect. Any suggestions on how could I solve this problem?

still same problem. In the log file here is the thrown error:
[16-Jan-2015 12:06:03 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function [obfuscated]() in ***/te/install.php on line 0
