it has nothing to do with te3 so how sending his details would help??? you cannot fix nginx via te3 admin panel but please go ahead and try
whatever technical issue comes up here for anyone we always see this "send us our login info balahblah so we can check" which makes it obvious that you (support) have no clue. Most "problems" here have nothing to do with te3. its permission problems, ownership problems, configuration issues of web server software or php etc.
@hgclub check your error logs, especially apache and nginx error logs, but php as well
of course it would help to know more about your setup, what web panel you are using, do you use nginx as reverse proxy in front of apache or standalone? php running as php-fpm, mod_fcgid?
