The new TE doesn't support all 2.4 kernels, it depends on openSSL version. It would be great, if you could upgrade your openssl and your kernel to 2.6.x ? If not, we can review this issue and try to make it work, but please copy paste me your OpenSSL version (command: "openssl version"). I can't promise you anything ,but we can try.
