Upgrading paid license to PHP5.6

Im trying to install Trade Expert on our servers currently running PHP5.6 (we have a paid license)
Ive uploaded the install.php script but when I run it, I get
"Site error: the file /usr/www/virtual/tacnet69/www.tacamateurs.com/te3_new/install.php requires the ionCube PHP Loader ioncube_loader_fre_5.4.so to be installed by the website operator. If you are the website operator please use the ionCube Loader Wizard to assist with installation."
We are running ioncube_loader_fre_5.6.so with php5.6 so why is it looking for ioncube_loader_fre_5.4.so ??
