Your server is down cannot install script

Hello
I have been talking to alex already but he is not in the office he said.
I am trying to install te3 and when cummunicating with your servers the script crashes
Talked to another webmaster he has the same error when installing a test script. I tried on 2 different servers both times it crashes at communicating to your server.
