question about tracking unique ins

Hello I recently began moving one of my sites from Arrow trader core to trade expert.

I left the arrow trader in html in the code just below where i put the trade expert in tracking code.

Now over the same 24 hour period i noticed that atc showed 930 unique ins whereas trade expert only showed 448 unique ins.

Why would trade expert be picking up half (roughly) the ins that atc is??!

Also an unrelated question, is there any way to check the stats of a particular toplist? Ins and outs etc?? I looked for a while and couldn't find an option.
