Problems logging into admin

couple issues - I am not able to login as it is telling me wrong user and pass. I've tried chaning file directories to 777 but it doens't work. Then I ask to resend my password, and I do not get a security key displayed at the bottom of the page. Any help getting this up and running would surely help.

Hi,
you can remove tedata/idata/userdb.dat and run the install.php again and you will get a new password, for security image plz download this file, unpack it and run it to see what is missing.
