File integrity errors since 3.202 update

Hello, since the 3.202 update i get a lot of errors, stats are not accurate, my server load have increase a lot, and when i check the file integrety i'm having hundred's of errors file unknow.

Is there a way to downgrade the script ? Because i feel that my server setup is the problem, if i use php fastcgi instead of apache module, it looks better but still buggy, befor with 3.101 it was just perfect . i'm running Ubuntu 10.04.4 LTS with plesk 11.09
