Question about skim / traffic settings

Just got this installed on my Smart Thumbs TGP. To test out the script, I manually added a trade to a similar niche website. I set the internal skim to 90, and left the ratio at 1. But when I click the thumbs on my site, I'm sent to the trade site, VERY frequently. I'm under the impression that a skim of 90 should severely limit the number of times I'm sent to the trade partner site. What am I missing?

There are many different options that could be kicking in. Perhaps u've also set internal skim and it's overriding external skim. But to tell you what's going on i will need to test it myself and look at your settings. PM me over TE3 login details and i'll review it.
