Our not working with non default name

Hi. Installed TE3 at first time and need your help.
Installed TE in non default folder and changed cookie name and out name in settings, then do test toplists. Try to click on links and have result:

incorrect file name!

link in template have next view

In my case TE correetly rename out.php, thumbs/, and toplist/ to new names but freezes with "Loading..." message after I click Update button in General Settings. After page reload, I still see in General Settings default names: out.php, thumbs/, and toplist/ but in te folder another names for it.
Its correct?
