moved from 2.2 to 3.2

I have installed te3 version and when I try to import data as written at your site it says 'Wrong TE version! Cannot import data from version !'
Also when I tried to login to the old version there was a message 'This licence is not valid! Please reinstall your script!'
Is there a way to get the data back and what should I do?

Hello, maybe you didn't had the last version of TE2. First try to update TE2 installation, then try to import the data, if it doesn't work you can use export and then bulk add.

The problem is I can not login to the older version because my drives crashed and after data recovery when I try to login it says my licence is not valid so I suppose that is the major problem.It probably wasnt updated to the last 2.x version but now I am unable to do it
