TE - 3.239 Cant login and restore password

Hello.
Today all sites of my network TE 3.239 stop giving me access to admin area.
Password restore isnt work:
First time i see "A password reset link has been sent to your email address.", I click on link in email and see error in browser like incorrect restore code.
After a while same site with same email show me error "E-mail my_email@domain.com does not exist!" !!!

I suspect that adminis can change some files permissions on my server TE copies. Where I can compare it?
In any case how to fix?
