dynamic skim scheme based on time - and patterns

the ability to have time based dynamic skim:

example: 8:00 to 15:00 skim is 100,100,0:*

15:00 to 8:00 skim is 100,0:*


This would be great because of differences in amount to trade in "rush hours" and "quiet hours".

Also as of now you cannot use patterns in dynamic scheme...thou patterns are way more successful skim schemes than simply putting a percentage.
