500 Internal Server Error

Hello,
after a lot of trouble with my hosting company and ioncube loader I finally managed to install the script, but now I can't access the admin area. I just get an 500 error. I checked the error log and it shows:

[Fri Dec 26 20:17:19 2014] [alert] [client x.x.x.x] /home/xxxxx/public_html/te/.htaccess: Invalid command 'php_value', perhaps misspelled or defined by a module not included in the server configuration, referer: http://squid.arvixe.com/~xxxxx/te/?username=admin
