On my site http://www.megafreepics.com/ when I click on thumbs it never takes me to the galleries. It's just sending me to the other sites I traffic with.
My IP is on an white list and I check it from other internet connections and it does the same. I don't know what the problem could be.

I've checked your site but I don't think the problem is TE3 related.
The links on your website are customized - there are no TE3 outgoing parameters visible, therefore I can't see directly, what's going on. And they do always take me to one of your trades. But when I manually pasted a non-customized link into a browser bar, it took me to the expected address and your TE3 counted the click correctly.
The problem with your links seems to lie somewhere else. Remember, there are multiple factors, that can affect the link - your CMS, rewrites, etc.
