Behind proxy

Post by theblob »

Hello & thank you for a great product.

I need to install TE3 on a new server, but i have a problem installing, when i run install.php, it tries to connect to a server (I assume that it its your servers, in order to obtain a license)
My server is located behind a proxy, and all outgoing requests has to go through that proxy, and so far i havent found a way to make php use a proxy.
Unfortunately the script is encoded, so i cannot modify it to use a proxy.

So i am posting my issue here, hoping that someone has a solution?

Thank you all.

Note:Feature request: proxy-support :-)

Hello, theblob.

You're right - TE3 is encoded and can't be modified, and it must be able to connect to our server directly. In other words, there is no option for your particular setup built into it at the moment. We will write your 'feature request' down.

If you do come up with some sort of workaround, please share it on our forum :).

Best regards,
Rock
