cron.php process works more than 24 hours

cron.php process works more than 24 hours

Hello!
Some of my TE sites increase server LA to 8+. Admins found tha it was /o/cron.php on some TE3 of this server which continue works more than 24+ hours.. All TE on this server was updated to 3.289.
We kill this process. But previously make losf fore one of this process. If it have a sence I can give losf thxt out it in PM.

Cpu 100.00%
and manual kill
