Trade traffic how?

Yesterday I installed TE3 on my site and I want to know how can I trade traffic another TE3 sites.
I watched the wiki but not helped me. I set up 7 trade site but not sending the traffic! Can you help me guys? And how can I do the toplist?

First of all, welcome to TE3 . I don't think I can explain traffic trading and toplists in a single forum post, there is just too much to cover. You can contact me via the ICQ - I'll be happy help you with your questions, and you can help us improve our manual. Just a few tips:

You are not limited to trading with TE3 sites exclusively.

Make sure your TE3 tracks traffic correctly. Also, if you sign up for a trade, you are usually expected to send some traffic in advance to get the trade started. Anyway, contact me and we'll talk some more.
