I hear you asking.
Why the hell would anybody want to sort a toplist random?
Let me explain.
1st of all its clear that the only way to keep trades alive after you have went all the way to find them, sign up, feed, etc etc and all the trouble is to send the thumbtoplist traffic.
Even a small amout will keep the trade alive.
Its very clear why: thumbtoplist traffic is productive on remote site 100% (or close to 100%).
Unlike skimmed traffic....................
so....
Its possible to create index layout where lets say in one row out of 6, you put a thumbtoplist where you sort trades randomly.
This toplist should rebuild often for obvious reasons.
And there you go. You exposed probably all of your trades via thumbtoplist.
The way I mean is this , I like to use the terminology "unit" , a unit is several rows of thumbs, gallery thumbs and thumbtoplist thumbs, that repeats using a fixed pattern. Like this:
(per row)
G
G
G
G
T
T
this unit is 1st 4 rows galleries, last 2 rows thumbtoplists. Then your index is made up of repeating these units.
Now lets look what I mean by sorting a thumbtoplist row randomly:
G algo control
G algo control
G algo control
G algo control
T best value
T best value
T random
as such, per unit, you produced 14,28% chance that your surfer will click on a random trades thumb within the unit.
7 rows
1 row is the random thumbtoplist row
1/7 = 0,1428
Please make this update if its not big work. Thank you
new toplist sorting option: random
