wants installing, and get next error

TE directory: te/
CGI-BIN directory: cgi-bin/
Fetching location: http://hq69tube.com/cgi-bin/te/te-chk.cgi
Error[500]: Cannot access "http://hq69tube.com/cgi-bin/te/te-chk.cgi"

reply from admin:
there is an error in the file te-chk.cgi, you cannot execute it on the shell either:
[root@km2241 te]# ./te-chk.cgi
Content-type: text/html
segmentation fault

how can I solve it now

Are you installing your TE as root perhaps? You must not install any scripts as root. "su" to the correct user or specify correct user & group when it asks you in case you're installing as "root". Another problem could be that your permissions are not set properly. If this info didn't help you, please send me SSH details and server path to cgi-bin directory on PM.

We have upgraded your site badpink***** (the one u've sent in the private msg) without a problem. You can try to login and look around. I'm not sure what issue u've had, perhaps wrong package or installing under wrong user.
