Hi All and TE support!
I have few questions about TE and countries.
1. Can I setup TE to send all click-out traffic by counties? For example,
send all china who click on thumbs not to gallery, but send it to
google or some traffic holder system? But if it is should be sent to
the trader, then it will be send to it.
So, if china, then send it to trader or to google. But not to the
gallery.
This will be very useful.
2. Can I setup TE to automatically decrease Ratio for trader if he
send to me a lot of "bad" countries? And automatically increase it if
he send less then I decided?
This also can be very useful.
Thank you very much!

You can redirect countries coming in on a per trade basis.maksimovich wrote:Hi All and TE support!

From the manual:
Few examples of what can be achieved:
1. Some webmasters don't like traffic from specific countries on their site. They believe that surfers from countries such as China or Vietnam never buy anything. You can create a page (e.g. "go_somewhere_else.html") and set country filters for countries you don't want on your page. Each country can be added individually, but you also have an option to add good, normal and bad country group. Write a message in "go_somewhere_else.html" or use meta refresh to redirect them to another URL.
2. Display "german.html" page for German traffic. This way you can use country-specific advertising methods to make maximum out of your traffic. You could also display a page in their language.
Yes, you can set a GNB (Good-Normal-Bad) ratiomaksimovich wrote: 2. Can I setup TE to automatically decrease Ratio for trader if he

Yes, I know about coming in traffic, but the question was about out traffic.WillWank wrote:You can redirect countries coming in on a per trade basis.maksimovich wrote:Hi All and TE support!

And send it traffic back to the traider using skim. If I redirect incoming traffic, then trader that send it to me get back nothing.
Some traders forbid redirecting of incoming traffic

Re: Question about TE and Counties
Thats not necessarily right because TE treats the redirect pages as any normal tgp/mgp page. You can do exactly the same things on this redir page as you would do on your default page, only limited to the countries you choose to send to this page. You can make a 100% copy of your index page in your tgp software and set TE to redirect countries to this page. You can skim and have normal stats for this page. Further you can limit who gets skimmed traffic from this page using groups.maksimovich wrote: Yes, I know about coming in traffic, but the question was about out traffic.

Go to "Tools --> Country Watch --> Good Normal Bad" and set the ratios there.maksimovich wrote: How?

Nothing in the doc about Ratio here.
If I set Ratio to 0.5 for the "bad" countries, it will affect all traider, and their Ratio will be calculated in view of the percent Raw of "bad" countries sended to me?
Am I right understand?
PS: Sorry, I'm not a native english speaker.
Re: Question about TE and Counties
Yes that is correct. The GNB ratios work on the default algorithm for all trades.maksimovich wrote: If I set Ratio to 0.5 for the "bad" countries, it will affect all traider, and their Ratio will be calculated in view of the percent Raw of "bad" countries sended to me?
