toplist names not generating!

Hey i think ive done everything correctly i used the example toplist code but this what was generated on my site:

##name:1##
##name:2##

etc instead of the actual site names.

I have active trades that have their names filled out in their form fields.

WTF is happening why is it not generating?

I'm having the same problem as tinytempt. The names won't generate, just:
##name:1##
##name:2##

I think I have set "toplist.tmp" as input and "toplist.html" as output but I get the message when I save it:
Error occured
File '/home/gonzodes/domains/hentaicollection.net/public_html/toplist.tmp' does not exist or cannot be opened!

My server permissions are 755 and 644, not 777 and I have believe I have set the correct file permissions. Trying to setup a toplist with the instruction on 1. Form input doesn't seem to work either.
Any help would be appreciated

Create an empty filed toplist.tmp and chmod it to 777. Then go to the toplist / toplist menu and use "form" input type and set input as
/home/gonzodes/domains/hentaicollection.net/public_html/toplist.tmp
and output as:
/home/gonzodes/domains/hentaicollection.net/public_html/toplist.html

Let me know if it works...
