Whis message appears after clicking on "Install" button.
Latest version, just downloaded by wget.
Chmod 755 on "te" and "install.cgi".
There are nothing in "error.log" or "suexec.log"
Older versions of TE on other domains on this server works properly.

Hard to say what exactly it, can you please PM me over URL to install.cgi ,your TE customer account and SSH details and we'll take a look
