Fresh install, can't login

Just installed te3, it keeps telling me I have an incorrect password or login. So I tried to have a new password sent to me, but it was never sent. So then I reset my password via the website, and that password didn't work. So I changed the password to one of my own creation at the website and that didn't work. Kind of at a loss here.
