Can't login to TE3

when enter login and pass nothing happens. When filling wrong password i got mwssage Incorrect username or password!

Tried to request new pass:
but i always got Security code is incorrect!

CONFUSED!!!

I had to solve that problem fast, so i've deleted te3 and reinstalled again and it works fine now.

If smth happens again i'll contact you
