If your owed numbers are negative, it means your outlist got desynced, You can sync it manually, by adding
&sync_tradelist=1 at the end of the URL in the address bar, while you are in the overview menu,
like this: http://yourdomain.com/cgi-bin/te/admin. ... radelist=1

This will sync the outlist again.
