Forgot my password

I have a serious problem.

Wanted to login to trade expert admin but couldn´t remember my password.

Then tried to reset my password per email.
Problem is now that my email provider gawab.com is offline since 4 weeks.
So this will not work.

Would it be possible to get the password without reinstallation of te?

maybe you could send me a pm and describe it to me.
