Sign-up page does not update information

Hello!

I'm trying to update settings "Sign-up page", but updates are not saved. No error message appears (appears "sucess message" or "parameter is missing" message), but when, after saving, I open the window again and the information was not saved. The old settings appear again.

I've tried to do everything (reinstall TE, chmod 777) but does not solve this problem.

Can anyone help me?
