Could Not get In The Admin Pane

Hi,

I could not get in to the admin panel.

This is the error:

Your IP (xxx.xxx.xx.xxx) is not in allowed list.
============

How can I add my IP to the whitelist when I could not get in to the admin panel.

Please help.

Hi WCM,

login through FTP and edit file te3/tedata/idata/allowed.dat - enter your IP address.
After that you should be able to login.

I followed your advice to enter my ip in allowed.dat file but I still have same issue.

What do you think is the issue?

Try this:

1. delete allowed.dat using FTP;
2. login to your TE3 admin panel;
3. add your IP address to the "Allowed IPs" (TE3 will create a new allowed.dat file).
