wrong stats in te3

i have several te3 sites, everything work ok but one thing - the stats.
to count all traffic i have separate php script, include it in main page of all sites to count traffic.
so, i have much higher traffic in te3 admin panel, i don't have so much traffic now, and te3 showing me wrong numbers.

i have 100% in my script to count stats, it's working for me for years, without any problems.

so, the problem in te3 stats for sure.
for example now te3 showing me that i have about 60k traffic, but it's wrong, i have about 25k average.

the script is counting correctly but the problem could be in a broken image or incoming tracking code, PM me TE3 login details so i can check it.
