Permission denied "/usr/bin/whois"

When I looking at "IP details" table /cgi-bin/te/admin.cgi?sn=ipdetail
I got message: Permission denied "/usr/bin/whois"

What I need to install to fix it?

Contact your admin, it seems like owner under which TE is installed doesn't have permissions to accesses whois module.
